Traditional Worship

Worship is fundamental to the St. Mark’s community and is key to its spiritual vitality. Worship is what makes us children of God.

On Sunday mornings we have one traditional worship service in our Sanctuary and one contemporary worship service, The Refuge, in our Activity Center. Our first service, starts at 9:00 a.m., and begins with a period of musical reflection, followed by hymns, Scripture readings, a message, and Communion once a month.  This service is ideal for those who prefer traditional worship.

At 10:00 a.m. we have The Gathering where small groups meet for contemporary studies about Christianity and we also serve a small breakfast.

At 11:00 a.m., The Refuge, our contemporary worship service, takes place in the North Activity Center. Playing the latest contemporary music and variations on classic hymns, our praise band brings us into worship with powerful music. You will hear an inspiring sermon and celebrate communion every week. Children and families are welcome!
